Cookie Policy
This site uses as few cookies as it can. Measurement services are not loaded at all unless you allow both analytics and advertising, and nothing about your child is used to build a marketing profile.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, keep small amounts of information on your device for the same purposes.
2. Essential cookies
These are always used, because the service could not work without them.
- Essential sign-in storage: keeps you signed in to your private area and lets your report load. Without it you could not use your account.
- Essential security cookies: protect sign-in and payment pages against misuse.
- Payment provider cookies: set by my payment provider during checkout to process your payment securely and prevent fraud.
- Your privacy choice: a small record of the cookie preferences you set, so you are not asked again on every visit.
3. Analytics and advertising cookies, only with your permission
If you allow them, two Google services are used, and they arrive together. Until you choose, no Google tag is placed on the page and no request is made to Google at all. The single Google tag this site would have to load joins analytics and advertising together, and I cannot show that one can be switched on without the other, so measurement only loads if you allow both. Allow just one and nothing is loaded and nothing is measured. If you later reject them, Google's permissions are withdrawn straight away, measurement stops, and the page is reloaded without the tag.
Measurement is also switched off entirely on sign-in pages, on private account pages and on your questionnaire and report, so the addresses of those pages are never sent to Google.
- Google Analytics (GA4): tells me which pages parents read and where they leave, so I can make the site clearer. Used only if you allow analytics.
- Google Ads: measures whether an advert led to a visit or an enquiry, so I do not waste money on adverts that do not help parents. Used only if you allow advertising. No adverts are shown on this site.
4. What is never sent to Google
No names, email addresses, information about your child, anything you write in an enquiry or questionnaire, uploaded documents, or the reference numbers used inside my system. Measurement records only that a step happened, such as a page view on a public page. Like any web service, Google does receive ordinary technical information — for example your device type, approximate location from your internet address, and the public page you were reading — which is how measurement works at all. Nothing about your child is used for advertising, ever.
5. Your choices
When you first arrive you can accept all, reject everything that is not essential, or open the preferences and choose. Because the two go together, measurement only runs when both boxes are ticked. You can change your decision at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but if you block the sign-in storage you will not be able to reach your private area or your report.
