Philippa Cooper trading as Parent Insight
Terms & Conditions
These terms set out what the Parent Concern Report and the Parent Learning Action Plan are, what they are not, and what each of us can expect from the other.

1. About these terms
These terms form the agreement between you and Philippa Cooper trading as Parent Insight when you purchase a Parent Concern Report. By completing checkout you confirm that you have read them and that you have parental responsibility for the child you are asking about.
2. What you receive
A Parent Concern Report is a written professional document prepared personally by Philippa Cooper from the information you provide. It sets out what can be understood about your child at this point in time: their strengths, the patterns behind what you have noticed, questions worth exploring, and sensible next steps.
The Parent Concern Report ends when your written Report is delivered to you. It does not include any post-delivery support: no reply, reflection window, follow-up questions, written exchange, help wording emails or attendance at meetings is included in the price. If you would like practical next steps, the Parent Learning Action Plan may be purchased separately.
- One written Report, available to read online, download and print from your private area.
- A permanent record of the Report in your private area for as long as your record is held.
3. The Parent Learning Action Plan
The Parent Learning Action Plan is a separate piece of work that continues from a completed Parent Concern Report. It cannot be bought on its own. Its total price is £175. Where you have already purchased the required £75 Parent Concern Report, that £75 is applied as a credit and the amount charged is £100.
Before it is written you are asked to complete a short update — five short sections, around 10 minutes to complete — telling me what has changed since your Report. Your Action Plan is normally written and reviewed within 10 working days of receiving that update, not from the date of payment. Everything in these terms about what the work is, what it is not, cancellation, refunds, your copy, safeguarding and liability applies to the Action Plan in the same way as to the Report.
- One written Action Plan, available to read online, download and print from your private area.
- A short summary of the plan written for a conversation with school, which you may print or send on.
- A permanent record of the Action Plan in your private area for as long as your record is held.
4. What it is not
A Report or an Action Plan is an educational opinion, not a clinical or diagnostic assessment. It does not diagnose any condition, it is not an assessment of special educational needs, it is not medical, psychological, legal or therapeutic advice, and it cannot replace a statutory assessment or a report from a registered clinician. It does not guarantee any particular outcome at school or with a local authority.
5. What I need from you
The quality of a Report depends entirely on the accuracy of what you tell me. You agree that the information you provide is honest and given in good faith, that you have the right to share any documents you upload, and that you will not include information about other children or families beyond what is necessary.
6. Price, payment and delivery
The price is shown before you pay and includes VAT where it applies. Payment is taken in full at checkout by my payment provider; I never see your card details. Your Report is normally written and professionally reviewed within seven working days of receiving your completed questionnaire and any supporting documents. If I need longer, or need something further from you, I will tell you.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. Because a Report is written personally for your family, by asking me to begin you agree that I may start work within that period; if I have already begun, a fair deduction may be made for work done, and once the Report has been delivered the right to cancel no longer applies.
If you have not yet submitted your questionnaire, tell me and I will refund you in full. If something has genuinely gone wrong with your Report, tell me and I will put it right or refund you.
8. Your account and your copy
Access to your Report is through your own account. Please keep your sign-in details to yourself. Your Report is written for your family: you may share it with your child's school or with professionals supporting your child, but it may not be published, resold or reproduced for commercial use.
9. Safeguarding
As an education professional I have a duty to act if something you tell me suggests a child may be at risk of significant harm. In that situation I may have to share information with the appropriate authority, and I will tell you unless doing so would place the child at greater risk.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise my liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your Report, and I am not liable for decisions taken by schools, local authorities or other third parties.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Questions about them are welcome at support@parentinsight.co.uk. Last updated 1 August 2026.
