My child is struggling, but I don't know why.
You may notice your child is finding school, learning, friendships or routines harder than expected.
Parent Insight offers a range of supportive options to help you understand what you are seeing and decide what to do next.
Many families start with the Parent Concern Report. If you already have a school or SENDCo meeting booked, the separate £55 School Meeting Preparation Brief may be the better first step. The Parent Learning Action Plan is available after a completed report.

Many parents notice something is not quite right long before they can name it. These are some of the most common starting points.
You may notice your child is finding school, learning, friendships or routines harder than expected.
School information, reports and professional terminology can feel confusing and difficult to understand.
You may have lots of thoughts, questions or concerns and need someone experienced to help you make sense of what you are noticing and what to do next.
Reports, school conversations and professional terms can leave you unsure what matters most. I help you focus on the information that can make a difference.

A free printable planner for gathering what matters before a school or SENDCo meeting. Bring it with you so you can follow the conversation and remember what you hope to agree.
A separate, personalised written brief to help you prepare for a school or SENDCo meeting with clearer priorities, questions and outcomes. Delivered within seven working days, so it suits meetings that are at least seven working days away.
Your completed Brief also includes a one-page SEND glossary explaining commonly used educational terms in clear language.

Understand what you are noticing
I personally consider the information you share and bring the important details together in a clear written report. It helps you see the bigger picture, see what may be worth exploring and identify useful questions for school or other professionals. Keep it for yourself, or choose to share it.

Available after your Parent Concern Report
The Report helps you understand the picture. The Action Plan turns it into a route forward: what to focus on first, practical strategies to try at home, and the key points to raise with school or other professionals. You receive an ordered set of actions you can work through at your own pace, shaped by the concerns in your completed Report.
The total cost is £175 and includes your Report: your £75 Report payment is deducted, so £100 remains after the Report. It requires a completed Parent Concern Report and cannot be bought on its own. Delivered as a written plan. No meetings, school contact, legal advice, diagnosis or follow-up are included.
Coming soon: the Parent Insight Library, a growing set of free resources on neurodiverse learners, SEND support, learning differences, confidence and working with school. It is not available yet.
If you are unsure which option is right for your family, send Philippa a short message describing what you are noticing. She will suggest the most helpful starting point.
